After a period Company is started with the cash/assets one owns, borrows from Banks, and arranges within (friends/neighbors/relations). As the company grows and it wants to expand the operations more fund is required.for that they introduced the term share market. the creation of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in 1817 was such an important than every moment in history. Every developing country started to follow the concept of share market
for the industrial revolution in the early nineties.

     A share of common stock represents ownership in a company. It entitles the holder to a claim on assets as well as a fraction of the profits that the company generates. people's minds are completely filled with the share market is gambling, a club for brokers and rich people, it needs strong math skills.

 but most successors in the share market are not gamblers or brokers. They are people like you and me. 90 % of the people have seen the movie "Wolf of the wall street" at once. But only 10 percent of the people really understand the whats the movie. If you are in that 10
